- Robert Tapper Added October 30, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased an Aldi Bauhn 5" mobile phone and within 12 months the battery was no longer working. No batteries available. Aldi not interested, no customer service available, would not answer emails. Eventually the only answer i got was to take it up with the manufacturer. Bauhn is not the manufacturer and also not interested. Eventually got hold of a rep from the OEM and they admitted even they could not source spare batteries. Had to throw away the phone. Do not buy electronics from Aldi - very poor customer service when things go wrong. Good for groceries only.
